Website & UX for Leadership Training & Coaching Company

Passe-Partout was founded by Alex Taskin in 1998, with a mission to deliver leadership training & career coaching.

Problem

Their online presence lacked clarity of who they were, what they did, and who they did it for. It generated no conversions, and was not found on Google for relevant phrases.

Objective

To create a user focused website that was easy to use and that generated new business opportunities.

Empathy

We ran two workshops with the wider team: 1 - Developing understanding of users; context, pain points & desired outcomes. 2 - Defining business perspective - 1 simple sentence that tells the world what they do.

Research

Inhouse journey mapping to see if business and page perspective had clarity, explained what they did, and were easy to engage with. We defined the user journey to make an enquiry, with the goal of creating a smooth customer experience.

Delivery

A set of wireframes was delivered and reviewed by the team at at Passe-partout. The Website was then built on WordPress and handed over to the client.

Outcome

Increased enquiries, including from people matching desired customer avatar; Leeds University and NHS department. Improved presence on Google, and increased traffic.

Client Review

"Tony has magically turned our hazy vision into a clear, stunning website that projects our personality and products across in a way we have never envisioned ourselves in 23 years of business. Our Google ranking has improved, and we are finally proud to direct customers to our website. Thanks to Dzines for walking us through the process and making it so easy, no request was too crazy as Tony had the ability to turn any idea into reality, never making me feel stupid for asking and being incredibly patient with all my emails! I'm so glad we went with Dzines as your marketing and user experience knowledge has been priceless, way above and beyond our expectations."
