Branding for E-commerce store
Problem
They needed an updated site that users could trust as competitors had sites they had heavily invested in.
Objective
Store 22 were successfully generating sales through Facebook, but they wanted the sales to come through their website instead.
Empathy
Together we looked at who the users are in order to target them more directly.
Research
By researching competitors and seeing their websites we were able to see which sites were the most successful.
Delivery
We presented an outline of the site and after approval we began adding in the final details. In addition we created a logo as the business did not have one before. As well as an online store, we have set up a Facebook store, Instagram store, an out of stock notification, and abandon cart notification. To manage all of the orders, we also gave the owner Zoe access to an app.
Outcome
Now Store 22 is receiving multiple orders a day from the new website.
